| It’s a high performance belt which is suitable for grain handling industry. The carcass is a kind of rubber dipped synthetic fabric bearing low stretched polyester warpnylon weft. The cover rubber is static conductive, the surface resistance meets standard OSHA; Fire retardance meets MSHA regulations; Oil resistance belt is used to handle oily material. |

| The carcass is a kind of rubber dipped synthetic fabric bearing low stretched polyester warpnylon weft. Adding a wear resistant fabric on the side which the belt contact with the elevator pulley which works as the interface between the elevator beltthe pulley. |
| Features: |
1.Low extensibility, high t tensile strength, oil resistant, suitable for moderate oily material.
2.The reformed structure that adding a wear resistant fabric on the side which the belt contact with the elevator pulley can improve the transmission efficiency of the elevators, enhance the fastener retentionprevent the bolt from pulling through the belt., to ensure the tight join of bucketbelt.
3.No cover rubber splitting caused by frequent contact with the pulley.
4.More cost effective than the traditional rubber elevator belt.

| The solid woven carcass is generally woven with Terylenecotton. Synthetic binder yarns follow a complex pattern to give the carcass its solid woven properties. Impregnating PVC paste resinpressed by both sides to get the PVC cover. (one side is smooth cover, the other side that touches with pulley is friction cover). It’s fire retardantanti-static. |
